Types of Holidays

There are a lot of types of holidays like:

House swap: is an arrangement where two families exchange houses for a holiday.

Daycation: is a very short holiday in which you go to a place and come back the same day.

Staycation: is a holiday in which you stay at home and visit places near where you live.

Working holiday: is a holiday during you work.

                             Fashion tribes            

This article talks about the "Fashion tribes".

The term Fashion tribes shows a group of guys that wear with a particular style to show their belonging to a group.

The Goths 

The goths wear total black: black hair, black T-shirt, black jeans, black make-up. This group think they are Dark,Romantic and  mysterious.

The Emos

The emos and the goths are very similar. They can be recognised by their tight clothes and their haircuts, infact they have very colorful hair like pink, blue, green... 

The name EMO derives from Emotional rock a type of music.

The New Rave

This group of teenager wear very bright colours and the clothes are loose like their hooded sweatshirt. These group listen to electronic and dance music.

My name derives from the latin "Angelus" and to the greek "Anghelos" namely "messanger". The Christian tradition defines precisely the angels like a "messanger of God", and in the Old Testament takes the value of "Minister of Jahvè".

..."Hard Rock Cafe". Hard Rock Cafe is a chain of restaurants founded in London in 1971.
The brand has become famous around the world thanks to the spread of Cafes, but also thanks to the collection of items belonged to the stars of the music world.

Harrods is a department store with luxury objects, clothing and exclusive service. It is located in one of the richest and most exclusive London. Is now part of the icons that represent London, and then has become a real tourist destination . Harrods is formed from 7 floors and there are 300 departments, it's very  expensive !!! 
Harrods founder  Charles Henry Harrod first established his business  in 1824.




                                      
 

                                        Black History Month

Black HISTORY Month, or National African American History Month, is an annual celebration of achievements by black Americans and a time for recognizing the central role of African Americans in U.S. history. The event grew out of “Negro History Week,” the brainchild of noted historian Carter G. Woodson and other prominent African Americans. Since 1976, every U.S. president has officially designated the month of February as Black History Month. Other countries around the world, including Canada and the United Kingdom, also devote a month to celebrating black history.

                                                          Super bowl

The Super Bowl is the annual championship game of the National Football League (NFL), the highest level of professional football in the United States, culminating a season that begins in the late summer of the previous calendar year. Super Bowl  was played on January 15, 1967, following the 1966 regular season. The most recent game, Super Bowl XLIX, which was won by the New England Patriots, was played on February 1, 2015, following the 2014 season.
Each year, on a Sunday at the end of January or beginning of February, tens of millions of Americans declare their own unofficial holiday. Gathered in groups large and small, nearly half of all U.S. households participate vicariously in a televised spectacle that has far outgrown its origins as a sporting event.

                                         
                                                 

                                              Robert Burns
Robert Burns (25 january 1759-21 july 1796) was a scottish poet and lyricst. He was a nation poet of Scotland and is celebrated worldwive. He is regarded a pioneer of the Romantic moviment, and after his death he became a great source of inspiration to the founders of both liberalism and socialism and a coltural icon in Scotland. Celebration of his life and work became almost a nation Charismatic cult during the 19th and 20th centuries, and his influence has long been strong on Scottish literature.His poem are: "A red, red rose"; " A man's a man for à that"; "to a louse"; "to a mouse"; "the bottle of Sherramuir"; "Tam o' Shanter" and " Ae found kiss".

Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish, considered the national dish of Scotland as a result of Robert Burns' poem Address to a Haggis of 1787. Haggis is traditionally served with "neeps and tatties" (Scots for turnip and potato), boiled and mashed separately, and a dram (a glass of Scotch whisky), especially as the main course of a Burns supper
